It’s everyone’s favorite time of year, time to talk about LOVE. Whether you’re in a relationship or not, we can’t help but obsess about our relationship status, and this year with dating having gone remote, is no exception. So, we have you covered with our new content series. Now that it the way we do things in dating has changed drastically, make sure to watch our new bootcamp series from The Handel Group called “How To Date Remotely.” They will give you all the key tips for being on-line and looking for love. If you’re still trying to understand your partner (or even yourself for that matter), check out the full series on “Attachment Styles” by the @backtolovedoc. This new release is jam-packed with updates, so make sure to try them out and tell us what you think. We can all use a positivity boost right now, so on the home screen, you now have a “Daily Affirmation” to listen to and repeat every day. This is our favorite way to start the day. And many of you are loving the “Sleep Wind-Down” to help you relax at night, now with a major infusion of peace. We partnered with our friends at Myndstream music to create these relaxing sounds to help you drift off to sleep, and you can find them at the end of the “Sleep Wind-Down” which starts after 7PM, your local time.
We also have great new content for you. Make sure to check out the entire new series of walking meditations we made in partnership with Vocal Creators. If you are someone who does not like to sit and meditate, you are sure to love these walking meditations. As always, make sure to let us know how you get on.
